When graduating in the HR Sector can you find good paid jobs?

im curious because i am not doing a work placement whilst am in uni,

(i work in william hill as a cashier and have been told that i would easily be able to get in the HR department of william hill, without any training ... that is if i stay in the company for another two years)...

if i do leave william hill will it be possible geting a job in HR without no training.?

Normally yes. But in this tough job market it won'r be that easy.
