  1. with shells because its keep in the flavor

  2. Always on - they cook quickly enough without taking off their natural protection. Plus the shell gives a nice flavour and keeps the shrimp juicy and moist. Also it's great fun to peel off the shell just before eating. It adds to the experience.

  3. peeled

  4. Peeled just don't overcook.

  5. Either way is ok but I like shell off. Once they are cooked who wants to waste time peeling. Just to eat faster after cooking peeled is better.

  6. You can do it either way, but with the shell on they will have more flavor and the shell protects the meat.  They cook quickly, so don't overcook!

  7. i peel my shrimp

  8. Shrimp are easier to peel raw... I'd go ahead and remove them so you can eat them hot off the grill, and not have to let them cool just so you can pick them up to peel.

  9. If cooking shrimp in the usa you will notice that shrimp is what is called prawn in uk.

shrimp in usa is from sea water that is warm . all warm water fish cooks extremely fast .

with the shell on head off split shrimp thee quarters and take out the black thread.

place on grill just until they turn pink and get them off fast .
