  1. I usually buy stuff when they half price it.

  2. Things on the list and things that are on a really good sale that you know you will use later.

  3. My answer is both are best.  Stick to a list.  But if you see a great deal on a product that your family uses a lot, stock up!  Then it's simply not on your list for a long time, and you saved money.  I do this with coupons.  I'll get a bunch of coupons for Heniz ketchup, for example, wait for it to go on sale, then buy 10 bottles.  I'm stocked up for a year and paid sometimes just pennies.  Weird, but it saves a ton of money.

  4. You'll be better off sticking with the list rather than buying something that's on sale but you'll never use.

  5. Go through the list and then hit the sale racks!!

  6. I look at the sales ad while making my list. Then I can figure the best prices.

  7. i'll usually get everything on the list and more depending on what i find.
