Question:

When grocery stores double coupons, do you have to have two of the particular coupon? Do you have to ask, or?

do they automatically do it? The Kroger here doubles coupons up to 50 cent? So also with them only doubling to 50 cent if I have a 99 cent coupon, will they take the 99 cent off, plus an extra 50 cent? I know this may sound dumb, but I really have no clue.

Sorry no real category for this question so I figured someone in this section would know...please forgive me

  1. Doubling coupons usually means twice the amount on the face of the coupon, but sometimes stores limit the amount to under one dollar. You shouldn't have to ask, but sometimes you need to remind. Don't be timid about asking, but do it in a polite way.
