  2. The lifecycle of your pumpkins - including when fruit shows - depends on whether you are in the northern hemisphere (USA?) or the southern hemisphere (Australia?)

    Pumpkins are a warm-season vegetable. They should be planted at the end of winter (avoid cold soil)... then harvested before frosts prior to the start of the next winter... In other words, planted, grown and harvested throughout sping/summer. Hope this helps :-)
