IDK but guys lie about their (boinker) sizes all the time it kind of makes me mad how men can lie about appearance yet we still accept them and its always harder on women and appearance...Guys always talking about small b***s and small a$$es yet they have the smallest diccs in the world...How you say "All bark no bite" HEHEHEEHE!!!

it should be when you've got wood.  the flaccid state means nothing, although a lot of guys on here are concerned that they don't hang very big.  So what?  You don't s***w with a soft unit, you do it when it's hard.  So that's the size that REALLY matters.  You can have a two inch long s*****g while flaccid, but if it grows to six inches, it's no big deal.

It's hard to say, depends on the guy.  The stretched p***s length (i.e. grab it and pull real hard then measure) is the same as the erect length so really it's about the same.  But who the h**l measures it when it is soft?  That's like saying you're 3 feet tall....when you sit in a chair.  

Also...there's a good formula.  If a guy says he is X inches long, use the following formula:  (X+6)-X = actual number of inches.
