when house warming parties are held, you have to arrange for the proper sitting arrangements. well if i were your guest i would like some guest suprises from the host? such as little party favours like girly keyrings for the girls and maybe miniture alcohol botles for the men? i would also have a drinks fountain or a chocolate fountain or both if mone is not a problem? have a nice time? yo could also have someone to take photo's of you and your guests in your new ome and then when they leave you could print them out quick on your pc and lainate them or stick them in a pretty photo frame for your guests to go home?

Maybe small party favors, nothing big or expensive...bath crystals (you can buy a big package & put them in small little gifts bags tied w/a ribbon). Something simple. Depending on the crowd, maybe group board games like Guesstures, Battle of the Sexes, Taboo...then the winners get the Party Favors, don't forget gifts for the guys (maybe bottle opener keychains, go to Specs Liquor Store if you have one in your area-you're bound to find something there).
