  1. You have to pick the best place for the wires on your own.  There is no specific place for them.  I always took the trim out of my cars, tucked the wires under the carpet, and put the trim back in.  If you have to ask this question, maybe it would be best for you to have a professional install it for you.  You could end up seriously damaging your cars electrical systems.  If you feel you can do it on your own, make sure you carefully read the directions that came with your amp kit and make sure you don't run the speaker wires and the power wire close to each other.

  2. Under the passenger footwell (depending on car make) you can usualy find some form of 'hole' between the engine bay and the interior of the car. This will usualy be plugged with a grommet but take a look around the back of your engine bay on that side and see. This would obviously be to run the power lead from the battery to the actual amp. Within the car if you look down at the front door seals where the footplates are but the plastic/vinyl covering on the interior, you can usualy see either the screws holding it place or where the plastic caps covering those screws are. These will usualy either be cross-head screws or torx screws. Remove all of these screws (take your time and find them all) and then un-lip the plastic/vinyl strip from the rubber door seal, it should come off as one long peice. You can then run your leads to the back of the car (or wherever you need them to go) neatly in the space revealed, obviously replacing the plastic/vinyl strip carefully afterwards. This prevents you having to move the carpet and hides all wires neatly.

You can do exactly the same with the rear doors however if the car in question is a saloon with a sealed boot unit, you may have some trouble finding a way for the leads to pass through to the boot from the back seats. If your rear seats move forwards or fold down or if infact there is any access to the boot from the interior of the car, just go with that keeping as neat as possible. As for the kit itself, it should come with all wiring instructions which you should read carefully.

Removing the interior door trim is pretty simplistic but if your not comfortable with removing bits of your interior then leave it to a professional. Hope this helps

  3. the kit goes from the batterry and where ever u put ur am usually the trunk the wires are places along the bottom panels under the carpet u might have to use a s***w driver or power tool

  4. Just make sure you NEVER run it through your fender well(door jam) and ALWAYS fuse it.
