In addition to the plus lenses magnifying the appearance of your pupils (as has already been stated), when your glasses are off and you look close (at your eyes in the mirror) you are accommodating which also constricts your pupils.  Wearing the glasses allows accommodation to relax as well as allows the pupil constriction to relax making your pupils larger.

I don't think your pupils are actually getting huge, sometimes your eyes or parts of your eye look distorted because of the way the glass is bent in the lense.

Your glasses are probably a plus prescription which magnify your eyes, try ordering a compressed lens with an Anti reflection coating this will make the lens thinner and the mgnification less obvious. A common misconception is that glasses make your vision deteriorate, this is untrue, the spectacles help your eyes to focus and the muscles relax, when you remove your glasses you get whats known as an accomodative spasm because your eyes go into overdrive trying to focus so your vision appears worse. If you do not wear your specs your eyes are in a constant strain to focus causing head aches, blurred vision and burny eyes.

It is just magnifying, you pupils are not actually getting bigger. I think you need to just relax and not freak out. Most people do not just go blind for no reason. Maybe you should have a good eye exam and get your Doctor's reassurance!

Any time you have a plus prescription, i.e. reading glasses, your eyes will look large due to the magnification of the lenses.  Best bet is to get thinner, lighter lenses (aspheric design).  The front of the lenses are flatter, thereby reducing the "huge" effect.

Are you stoned while wearing your glasses? This may explain both the dilated pupils as well as the paranoia about going blind from wearing glasses that are supposed to prevent you from going blind.

looking at your pupils thru reading glasses will make them appear larger.  that's what reading glasses do: THEY MAGNIFY.

I think you should be more afraid about getting some education.
