When i TRY to curl my eyelashes...?!?

Question

Then why does it always not look like a curl but like a FOLD?!

i dont get it...everyone else's looks like a curl NOT a fold..

so , how can i curl my eyelashes without making them look like a fold?

i use this sally hansen plastic curler..if that makes a diff :)

what i do is curl my eyelashes before i apply mascara. and you want to curl it in three different spots. and the base middle and tip. it will elongate them. then apply mascara. use one that will make your lashes thicker and look like they have more volume. then i blow dry my eyelash curler to give it some heat. (i do this while i'm letting the mascara dry a bit) once my eyelashes are almost but not completely dry i will then use the semi warm curlers again to redefine the curl. don't blow dry the curlers too long, trust me you can burn yourself. try this and good luck.

curl your eyelashes three times-once at the base, once in the middle, and once on the ends. it will look more like a curve rather than a fold. also make sure you curl your eyelashes before you put on mascara. hope this works

ok get XXl mascara with curve its not a straight masscara it has a curve..and it totally curls it

Might be the curler, are you doing it before or after you put mascara on? I do it after I put mascara on and then apply another coat and it comes out nice and takes away that folded look, you might also be squeezing too hard.

don't put on mascars and then curl.!!

-i think its an american thing lol. i'm australian and i curl and then apply mascara.

put a coat of mascara on, then let it dry, then curl and reapply another coat. Use Revlon and hold for 30 seconds.
