when i am 16 and have a job and money and stuff i want to adopt an animal without my parent permission and just keep it in my room. i know they will find out, i dont want to keep it a secret. i wanted a dog at first but with school and stuff its just way to hard to take care of it and give it all my love so i was thinking about a cat, chinchilla, or rabbit. but i kind of feel bad for rabbits because they have to just sit in a cage alll day long. and i feel bad for them. so which one do you think i should get? and dont say you shouldnt dis-obey your parents and c**p like that. and also how old do you have to be to be a stripper?

  1. I have 2 cats who have the run of my house.  I wouldn't enclose them in a room all day b/c they would get lonely and depressed and start tearing things up.  Cats develop odd behaviors when they are cooped up.  A dog would have to be let out to do his business.  Your parents would find out if you had a dog or a cat, believe me.  Dogs also bark a lot and cats can mew really loud.  I would settle for a rabbit or chinchilla, but regardless of what you get, you won't be able to hide the fact that you have an animal forever.  And they have to have care, shots, food, you have to clean out their cage.  All these things need to be considered before getting a pet.

  2. Honestly, there is no way that you can keep them hidden. Believe me I tried many times myself and it cause more to the animal. Some I had to re home and that can be stressful for them, the ones I was allowed to keep if anything went wrong there was always problems no matter how hard I tried my parents looked for ways to make it hard and took it out on the animal or me. I finally decided that I would have to wait till I was on my own and have had many and will always have pets.
