  1. You really should not be in pain when you're running. If you are maybe you're not conditioned enough or maybe you should just stretch a little more. I don't really know what the pain is so I don't know if their is something specific I should tell you.

Hope I could be of some assistance.

  2. It depends on what kind of pain it is. If it is pain from an injury then you need to stop running and take care of that injury. I fit is pain from running and you are tired then you need to suck it up and run. Everyone is going to feel pain especially if you are a long distance runner. You can't let your pain overtake you. You have to be mentally capable of getting past the pain and running your best.

  3. running is painful. period. you have to deal with it.

  4. It is what it is.   Better runners learn to dissociate.   Pain is still there, but its just another status display on your personal dashboard.

  5. u should only be in pain when you run on the last lap but otherwise make sure u are really warmed up, drink a lot of water but dont drink too much water before a race cuz then it will slow u down. also get a really good sretch.

but if its a different pain that means some thing in your body is tight and you need to stretch it out or ice it.
