if im starting to get chin hair [sort of ] and side burns and stuff does it mean im almost done with puberty? i am 14...15 in september

No, there is still a lot more to go.  Your body most likely isn't done growing.  Your shoulders will grow wider, you will continue to get more body hair, and other changes.  You still have some ways to go

You are more than likely right in the middle of your pubesence.  Puberty stretches out over a period of several years.  So don't rush things, it will all take its natural course.

No, you're no where near the end of puberty. This means that you're just beginning it. As you continue through puberty, then you'll grow more hair and your body will mature. Just because your brother doesn't have a lot of facial hair doesn't mean anything, it just means he not that hairy. You should talk to a male figure and find out what happens during male puberty. Everybody's different.  Some boys don't get facial hair until the end of their puberty, some right in the middle.

no you are far from being done with it you will have it a few more years but it sounds like you are doing fine
