  1. You have to provide it to them.  The best way to do that is when you make the payment include your address and the auction number in the notes on the payment so nothing gets confused.

  2. When you set up your eBay profile, it would have asked you for a shipping address.  The seller will receive this when you win the auction hence know where to ship to.

To be honest though, to avoid any confusion, if I have just won an auction, I always email the seller (using the 'contact seller' function in the auction) to confirm that I have won the item, paid for it, and will give my shipping address again for good measure.  This is for my piece of mind and so I know I have reminded the seller I have paid and am expecting the item - but as stated above the seller will get your address any way, so not a necessary step.

  3. Paypal (which im guessing you'll use), gives them the address.

  4. Its provided to them by Ebay and Paypal if you paid with that. I use paypal always to protect my financial info. As a seller I only take paypal as those who send checks or m/o take weeks and I hate that!

  5. after you win the item on ebay, ebay reveals your shipping address to the seller, because when you set up an account it asks for your address, and they automatically send the shipping info to the seller.
