When i call a friend it says call did not go thru. how do i fix this?

this only happens when i call this one friend. how did i stop myself from calling her??

  2. Somehow, you got blocked either by choice or

    by accident.

    If your friend has parents, maybe they don't like you for

    some reason and they blocked you.

    Might I suggest you call your friend from a local pay phone.
