  1. sounds like the bill is not paid...

its nicer for them to say "at the request of the subscriber" then "the person you called dosent pay there bills on time"

  2. why don't you call your phone company and ask them what they think it is?

im sure they'd shed some light on what the message means,

just don't jump to any conclusions until you hear it from the guy, it may be that he has genuinely stopped incoming calls, or maybe not

just give your telephone provider a ring and ask what the message means, im sure they'd tell you , you could say you were worried it may be a problem with your phone in order to get them to answer you and tell you what it means

  3. yeah he doesn't want you. yer a minger.

  4. you`ve been dumped

  5. Try his house phone.

  6. He could have diverted all his incoming calls.. :-)

  7. Some phone companies that offer call blocking are designed that it will not accept any unknown calls.  The subscriber has to enter that phone number into the system for those calls to be accepted.

  8. It is possible "Who ever " has changed telephone suppliers and failed to make their number non ex-directory.

  9. he has probacly cut his phone off

  10. You didn't say how old the guy was but when my daughter was misbehaving a bit, I put a block on her phone that allowed her to make calls home but she couldn't get any calls. I wanted to block one particular number because I wanted this boy who was too old for her to stop calling, the phone company told me they could block all incoming, but not just one number.   Is he still at the mercy of his parents?

If that's not the case, call the phone company he has his service through and ask what circumstances prompt a recording that says what his is saying.

  11. First check and make sure you have the number right.

Wait a day or so and try again. If you still get the 'no incoming' message then you'll just have to sit tight and wait for him to call you.

  12. some people have their phones set up not to receive incoming calls, so he can only dial out. I don't really see the point of it though. Anyway maybe thats what he's done. Have you phoned him before and got through to him? If you have then it's probably something else.

  13. that means his phone is disconnected thats what it says when i call the phone i lost.

  14. do you withold your number?  sometimes that causes this message - othrwise dunno!

(thought!) put his number on here and we can all call him and give him a message!

    that'd freak him out!

  15. BAD LUCK

  16. This means the person does not accept calls from people that are not in there address book.
