When i close my fist, my hand begins to tremble uncontrollably. why is this?

i just noticed it today and it only does it in my right hand. what does this mean?

  2. There's a thing called "essential tremor" or "familial tremor" because it usually runs in families. It can cause your body (usually particular parts, like hands) to shake very rapidly.

    I have it, and I find it's worse sometimes when my muscles are tensed (like making a fist). It also can be worse when I have an adrenaline rush (after working out or something), don't drink enough caffeine, or I'm really tired.
