When i convert a video on iTunes so it can be played on my iPod it goes mute for some reason..? helllppp?

I downloaded a music video from Limewire and iTunes said it can't be played (I have an iPod classic, so yeah it must have just been the format) so I converted it with iTunes.

It downloaded fine, but i tried to listen to it but for some reason there isn't any sound. and before i converted it there was.

help please. i really want to get videos on my iPod.
