When i converted a video to put it on my zune?

the cursor was like the black stop symbol i rlly wanna put videos but dun know how i dragged it to videos on my zune software but di didn't work??help

What format did you convert your videos to? I would have messaged you but you don't allow email. What I posted to your other question really works. I've converted close to 300 videos for my Zune. If you message me the details, I might be able to help you out.
