I would say use lots of non-waterproof underliner or mascara.

Get a makeup artist to do that to your face to begin with.

You won't be able to get makeup to do that on it's own.

Besides, why would you want to look like a hooker clown just because you're crying?  How often do you intend to cry with make up on?

These questions must be pondered.

dear friend our soul is very very clean,but our activites are save the dust to the soul.when it feels sarrow,sad ,un happy,then it will be feel toughly so we are crying.so keep ur mind,soul feels freely goodby...

to begin with....why????????? but anyway wear heaps and heaps of non-waterproof eyeliner on you bottom lid and i mean heaps if you wear non waterproff mascara it will end up out the sides of your eyes not underneath.
