When i daydream something replays in my head?

when i day dream i keep on seeing myself calling my sister and giving her the news off my uncles death and just hearing her cry? why? why does this keep happening...its causing me to be depressed and i start having anxiety attacks what can i do..its killing me and hurting my family...and i always loved my uncle and still do...but why can someone help me please..oh yeah ive also posted some other questions about the same subject but day dreaming of him tossing in the coffin

You don't seem to be at the mental stage that allows you to completely accept your uncle's death.

Only time can allay those feelings.
