When i delete temporary internet files are they permenantly deleted? ?

if not, how can i permanently delete them?

Wipe your internet history behond recovery with wipeitoff, click on privacy tab when installed

They are gone for good, but that just means that the computer will write over them if it has too. So the are still on your computer, just not accessible. However, there are expensive programs that are able to find them and view them. You should be fine, but be aware that for a while at least, those files are still on there.

for the most aprt try are gone (they don't go to the recycle bin), you can get them back using some expenive programs, but unless youre hiding stuff from the FBI your good.
