  1. Yes, plus I think the queries are displayed on a screen at google headquarters.


  2. Yup. I heard on the radio one time, they were talking about what the top things were that are searched on google. Search whatever you want though. They don't know who searches what.

  4. yes, but do you really think they care what you're looking up? they get like 20 million hits a second (sarcastic number)

  5. Ya.Google stores personal information for a particular period of time about you(i.e.ip address) and  about the keywords you searched  .

  6. Yeah and if the right people who know what they are doing get a hold of your computer, they will be able to see what you searched too.

    Read the Google T&Cs and you'll find they also reserve the right to read your emails.

    Your ISP will also know what pages you've been browsing on.

    Some ISPs in the UK are actually selling that info to advertisers so they can target ads at you.
