  1. hit the throttle to sink the back of the bike down, and tap your rear brake to nosedive the bike down

  2. Make sure you don't throttle off on the up ramp.  You are better to roll it on a little bit more as you take off, to allow for the steepness of the ramp and to maintain speed.

The other thing that can cause the nose to go down is if you chop the throttle after you take off in the air.

You have to remember that tapping the brakes and chopping the throttle bring the front down and a handfull of throttle after take off brings the front up.

  3. When you are in the air just lean back and lift up with your arms.

  4. Ok, first of all if you are riding a 2-stroke, you need to keep your rpm's up (stay in the powerband) as you come up the face of the jump.  Secondly make sure you are standing with your legs bent a little.  Lean back so your butt feels like its just above your rear fender, so if your landing on the flat, you should land with your front and back tires at the same time.  Anyways, thats how i learned.  Hope that helped.
