When i dont sleep enough i get really bad bags under my eyes...?

i play sports all day and then i have a ton of homework so i dont get that much sleep during the school year.. i was wondering if anyone knew a way to get the bags from under my eyes in about 5 mintues beacuse i dont have a lot of time

and no makeup bc i dont like to

  1. a real easy and really good exercise for eyes.

    it removes eye bags, lines, puffiness around the eyes within 2-3 days of workout.

    moisturize your eye area. sitting in a relaxed position, close one of your eyes and hold for 3 seconds. (3 seconds work for me, but the site says 1 sec. check the link below) now close the other eye and count 3. repeat 20 times.

    Do this once or twice a day and you'll see a great big difference.


  2. i have heard that using tea bags helps with bags. soak the tea bags in cold water strain and place over eyes. my recommendation would be getting a face mask to suit your skin type and then putting slices of cucumber over your eyes. then just relax, you may even fall asleep.

  3. put aloe vera under your eyes before you go to bed

  4. SLEEP DURING SCHOOL AND INTERVALS

  5. uhm just have 30 minute power naps each late afternoon etc. Man at least when you stay up you get stuff done. I stay up and procrastinate and end up cramming assignments the night before eg. i went to bed at 3am yesterday and got up at 7am cause i got school and yeah it ***** me up................. help lol! Any tips for real?
