When i downloaded a vid on my R4?

When i downloaded a vid on my R4, and tested it. I got this file information saying not support ext. It's been happening to the last few vids i added to my R4 whats the problem?

Download the plug in to play that file extension.

Its not in the right format. The Correct format for the R4 is .dpg and theres a converter you can download for free that converts that file type right here http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

once installed it has an option for the output file that is specifically for the DS.
