Question:

When i get foot cramps does that mean theyre growing?

My feet are getting really big (im 15 years old) and theeyre at size fifteen and they will get foot crampos like three or four times a day

  1. No it just means your body needs more potassium. Start taking a multivitamin, or when you feel one coming on pour some mustard in your mouth, and it will go away. Whatever you do, DO NOT bend your foot with the cramp ( this increases the pain) put your leg straight and pull your foot towards you holding your toes!


  2. well idk what you really ment but I only have one thing that might work for you if you havent had your period yet then cramps in your sides should be a sign when your close to when your period might come also these signs may occur to when your period is coming

  3. Sounds more like you're lacking in some cell or tissue salts!  Or wearing extremely inappropriate footwear.

  4. No i can assure you that cramps donr mean they are growing its that your muscle is having a spasm drink more milk get some calcium see a doctor first if it really bothers you
