It's not impossible, but it's not practical to do it.  First, the whole fuel supply system would need to be evaluated and maybe replaced, since ethanol in that concentration would be corrosive to some conventional parts.

Next, you'd have to replace the computer.  It senses combustion, and adjusts fuel delivery and timing and such so as to get the most out of whatever is being injected.

I'm sure there are other changes, but those are the 2 that come to mind.  The cost of these would be prohibitive.  You would be better off to sell this car and buy a dual-fuel vehicle.

You may not realize it, but you are already burning an ethanol mix in your car (unless you don't live in US).
