  1. You might want to add what primary school is.  I think most Americans don't know.

  2. Any field in Education is difficult. You will have to know multiple subjects, but they make you pick a subject to be your focus. If you want to get a job easily, your best bet with a focus will be picking English or History.

Since you are still in Highschool, If you haven't already, do Bio, Physical science, Phychology, AMERICAN history, and a childhood development if your school offers it. In the HS I graduated from, they had an intership program. Ask your school counseling center about this. It helps incredibly when trying to get into Education fields at a college. I was able to intern in an elementary school classroom for 3 years of my High school career. Basically, I went to school half of the day and the afternoon I would spend teaching. I recieved so much credit for it in High school and it allowed me to take less highschool courses and be a part time teacher. It may be worth it. By year 2 and 3 of interning, I had my own classroom. Lessons, rules, and the students were all my responsibility. I just got observed way more than other teachers and I had to prove that the kids knew the material.

    Hope this helps

  3. Volunteer at local schools or help out with events that are centered around children. Take electives like art, computer graphics, drama, music, etc to help you to gain skills on the various alternative ways of expressing yourself, which becomes really helpful when teaching the younger ones.

  4. Take a variety of classes. Be sure to take hard or AP classes in math and science.

To get some experience you can try to get a part time job in a daycare.  You can also volunteer for things such as teaching Sunday School at church or helping with youth sports teams or clubs.
