Well, that is irrelevent to the section it is in....and get a puppy. Cats don't need humans to survive. You can make better friends with a puppy that doesnt know you than a kitty that doesnt know you.

Dogs are far more rewarding. They will love you if you treat them right. I loved when my old dog would come running to me everyday when I got home from work.

Cats will love you if they feel like it.
