  1. its becuz you are WEAK

  2. ..o yea i get that too like if i'm running or yelling in a dream, but i don't know why that happens either..but ur not alone!

  3. This is actually a very common dream I have had many times. I have also had dreams where I am a police officer and forced to defend my self with a fire arm and the trigger is to heavy or stiff causing my bullets to veer away from my would be attacker. I always wake up as the person grabs me.

It is a reflection of feeling powerless in a situation in your life. Maybe something is going on that is out of your control.

  4. Your dream implies feelings of frustration, perhaps especially with those whom you try to punch.

Being 'held back' by an invisible force in a dream when running, walking, talking or fighting indicates this sort of thing.  The particular action indicates something of the issue at the root of the thing: punching obviously involves hostility - or defense.  If hostile, one usually has a feeling of anger and is not finding the means to counter the actions of another or feels restrained from effectively dealing with affront.

If you frequently have dreams of this sort involving many different people then you seem to have some frustration in how you deal with others in challenging situations.  That can be for a variety of reasons from feeling intimidated to just not feeling able to counter the affront they represent.  That's not necessarily a major issue but may be one you'd like to identify and work on a bit if you find the feeling to be true in waking life.

    All the best to you.

  5. arent they the most frusterating dreams? i have this one too alot...

  6. It's really common. It's so that the next time you're trying to really punch someone, you are afraid that your blow will be weak and you'll really put your weight behind it.

It's an evolutionary thing, if we were a little more primitive, you'd be dreaming about throwing a spear at a gazelle and not doing any damage.

  7. Yeah I totally know what you mean! I think (in my case) it's because I'm always stressed about important things not to go the way I exepedted or faillure.
