You could be having a bladder spasm from the aftermath of all of your activity.  If it doesn't get better, I would speak to a doctor.

Your bladder is actually next to your prostate. If your bladder is full then this could be the cause... because then it would be pushing a bit on the prostate. Try urinating BEFORE you m********e.
