    Well two things come to mind for me - static electricity. Hair, especially wet is a fine conductor of static electricity.

    The next thing is any air current or breeze. Even the draft from your own breath can move hair.

    In my opinion its not telekinesis. A good example of telekinesis would be a coffee pot exploding in your hand only because you willed it. Something else would be like a light bult popping (not going out, but exploding). Or something less dramatic like setting up a series of dominos and knock them over without touching them, or otherwise having them fall over on their own.
