starts to hurt then i stop have a short break and can go again but after i feel the pleasure every time is hurts, i m 16 can anyone help me?

If you are not able to ejaculate and are still able to feel pleasure you might have what is called reverse ejaculation to where you still ejaculate it just doesn't come out the right way...if im right it comes out in your urine and your urine is cloudy...this can be fixed but only through medical attention...I would consult a urologist

masturbating is similar to having s*x, and you should be feeling pleasure when doing it. But in your case you are feeling pain as well, this might be due to the way you m********e and the frequency with which you do it. In case you feel this for long time, it is always advisable to visit your doctor.

I think you should see an urologist.  It sounds like retrograde ejaculation.  From wikipedia:

"In males, retrograde ejaculation occurs when the fluid to be ejaculated, which would normally exit the body via the urethra, is redirected to the urinary bladder. Normally, the sphincter of the bladder contracts and the ejaculate goes to the urethra, the area of least pressure. In retrograde ejaculation, this sphincter does not function properly."
