i feel strange after i m********e.after sperm came out i cant or dun feel like doing it anymore why? is it normal or abnormal?

Thats how it works mate, once you release your load you cannot and do not feel like doing it again for awhile, up to afew hours.

It sounds like your feeling guilt for doing it.  It's normal, guys do it all the time. You probably had the fear of God instilled in you that you would go to h**l if you did this.  I don't know how old you are, but when I was a child, I went to Catholic schools and they told us we would go to h**l if we did this.  So, I think you're feeling guilty.

You may not understand this entirely, but this is basically what happens:

When you o****m (when the sperm comes out), your brain receives a message saying "HEY! Release Serotonin and Prolactin!". This is basically "happy juice", and your brain is temporarily flooded with it, making you feel great. Soon after, however, the Prolactin in your brain makes you feel sleepy and removes your s*x drive. Sometimes, you won't be able to keep it up even if you want to.

It's perfectly normal, and it's actually there for a reason. Your body/s*x organs need time to recover before you can have s*x again.

Those high hormone levels that drove you to m********e have bottomed out after you've ejaculated.  We all feel this way after ejaculation - you're normal.
