When i open my internet explorer ,there will be another webpage coming out from china?

how can i block it from coming out.is it got to do with the setting.if yes how?

Your homepage could be set to have that pop-up, but usually it's due to adware and stuff.

You can run an adware/spyware scan and attempt to remove it, I recommend using firefox as the browser though. It seems to be doing a good job of blocking pop-ups IMHO, at least for me.
