When i play handball , i shoot very slow....how do i improve my shooting ?All my friends shoot very fast and accurate please help me

Strengh, Do push ups. push ups. push ups. people who tell you to lift weights, that would make you look bigger but not as strong...

You might want to try a drill shooting with a medicine ball. That'll improve your speed because the ball will feel lighter in your hand. I don't play handball or anything, but I've just found this helpful.
