  1. maybe you have problem with media player . or the windows itself or maybe the video Card try to install another video player like VLC media player classic  search on download.com  or filehippo.com for video player if still have the same prob chek ur video card . the last thing install new windows  .. but problem its the video card so be sure to install his driver .

  2. well then its corrupt just get it again...

  3. its either its what the other guys have mentioned, or an issue with the media player you are using, what media player are u using? try vlc media player, that might help

    hope it works

  4. Either the file is corrupt (as said above) or it is not recognised by Windows.

Download again from a different location or burn it to disc and see if it plays on a stand alone DVD player

  5. You have a duff codec probably. if your using windows player this usually happens. can I suggest you download a free player and see if it runs in it? Its called VLC, just search for it, it carries with it a plethora of codecs and can play virtually anything - it doesnt do viruses though, if there is a real time vid and it has code buried in it, it stops it instantly - something that windows media player doesnt. If VLC doesnt work then its a corrupt film. :-)
