When i play the horses what type of wagering should i use?

Pick a good horse that you think will win and then when you place your bet, bet him "across the board." This is a minimum $6 bet but if your horse comes in first, second, or third, you'll get some money.

win and place betting, better to live and die with one horse ...Im a trifecta/superfecta/triple bettor and you can get caught up trying to catch horses in all places and not get a maximum return per dollar bet...or even worse, have a winner but not have the horses in all the right spots and miss cashing a ticket...

I like the straight up bet my self but you can have fun playing a super-tri or maybe an exacta stay away from pic 6 and pick 3's it's hard enough to pic one winner let alone 3 to 6.
