When i plug my xbox controller in my xbox my xbox doesn't recognize it! help?

I don't know how to fix it, but maybe if you are "OK" with electronics, and you can open up the controller and see if theres anything out of place, that may help.

But....

I think you would be better off buying a new controller, I suggest Ebay or a gaming store who do trade ins, shouldn't cost too much.

check if there are any bends in the wire casing sometimes the wires in side bend and then snap i've got a 360 and one of my controllers broke dew to the wire.hope u fix it.
