  1. make sure you are stretching (pointing) your arch as well as the toes.  your toes could just be cramping up. mine do that a lot. massaging your feet or rolling them with a tennis ball might help. if it does not feel like cramps and it is a sharp pain then you should probably go see a doctor. good luck!

  2. I believe I have the same problem you do! If I point my toes too hard, my big toe will cramp. Make sure you're not pointing too hard!

This could also be a sign of a tight tendon. When this happens to you next time, stop pointing, put that foot flat on the floor, and gently pull up on the toe that is tense. Pain should soon go away. Keep it there a few more seconds, and then let go. This should help! Good luck :)

  3. It could be that your toes are cramping up, which usually means you don't have enough salt in your diet.

  4. Your toes are probably just cramping up, you will want to make sure that you are pointing with your ankles too and not tensing up your toes too much. Make sure you are also stretching your ankle and feet a lot. This sounds gross, but I always pop my toes and it always helps me feel loose and flexible.

Also if your toes do cramp up massage the area and stretch it back and forth with your fingers to loosen it up.

    Good Luck!

  5. are you stretching through your legs too? (or just your toes?)
