i have encounter similar problem maybe the e-mail address does not exist

I suspect you're not typing anything into the subject line above the mail body itself. Type in anything here that you want and then write your mail and click send.

You probably typed the address in incorrectly. You should make sure the address is correct. And make sure it is not capitalize or lower cased if it is not supposed to be.
