When i preview/download a file in limewire does it appear in internet explorer history

Question

Because it appeared in my friends internet explorer history... I'm pretty sure it came under 'my computer' (But the my computer thing was IN internet explorer... If that makes sense) and he deleted files he had downloaded from lime wire there... I would like to know how to do this!!!!

i don't think it appears in the history. i use limewire all the time and none of the songs are in the history.
