When i put movies,Tv shows or clips of any dvd,onto my pocket pc from my pc the playback skips on my pocket pc

The program i use is called DVD To Go.When I first used the trial program it converted !0 mins.,I transfered it to my ppc and playback was flawless.Then once i purchesed it, it converted the whole movie, then when i transfered it this time playback was skipping and unreliable(i.e it would play for 45 secs to 3 mins. then i would have to fast foward it,pause it,and (or) stop and restart the movie from the beggining).Its my understanding that when you lower the size of the file it is supposed to reduce jumping or skipping.I've tried both lowering and raising the size of the mb file and nothing seems to work.So if anybody out there can suggest another way of fixing this problem let me know.
