  1. i have no idea what a gy 125 is, however the answers are few,

the engine is running and you put it in gear (We hope)

either you have no clutch at all (That would be weird)

or the drive shaft, chain or belt is broken. Could be at the gear end

which is keyed (Key could have sheared)

Have you ever ridden it ? Did it work before.

  2. a gy 125 is a ktm replica. it's chinese and not very reliable. but fun to drive

  3. Clutch plates are smoked.

  4. Your clutch is shot.  Install new friction plates

  5. Is it in neutral? Or if the transmission is shot, you can get stuck in a false neutral between any two gears.

  6. This may sound like a silly question...Did you check the chain?

Even a worn clutch should provide some forward motion when the transmission is in first gear.

I suspect the front sprocket may not be moving with the transmission output shaft or the chain has slipped off the front sprocket. An easy way to check this is to leave the engine turned off, put the transmission in gear then try to push the bike. If you can push the bike, you know that the chain/sprocket/transmission output shaft  linkage is at fault. Then pull the cover off the front sprocket and take a close look.

  7. Make sure there is oil in the clutch> If so the clutch needs replacing>Did you ride it before buying it???

  8. sounds like your clutch is fried. real easy to fix. by new friction plates and springs, pull of the clutch cover, remove the bolts and pull out the clutch basket, then replace the disks.

  9. might just need to adjust the clutch. but if not you need new clutch plates. no big deal but if you do it yourself you will need a tool to compress the clutch springs

  10. Does it have a chain?

I mean this answer is valid, its just silly if the bike doesn't have a chain on it.

  11. clutch gone,!!
