When i receive a foreclosure and date of sale notice, do i have to be out three days before the sale or a week

You should call the attorney who is handling the foreclosure.  The phone number should be somewhere on the NOS.

The attorney handling the foreclosure for your mortgage company must give you notice of when you will have to be out.  In my experience you usually have 30 days after the auction/sale to be out.

I disagree with the other posters.  Don't concern yourself with when a civil realestate attorney employed by the mortgage lender, tells you to get out .  You need to be out based on your "eviction notice", and when the sheriff tells you to leave.
