When i receive the confirm code and enter it why does it say wrong code?

where i live there is no signal for cell phone so i have to wait for text message with code when i get a signal

    It probably IS activated. if you sent it back.  That is common wiht Yahoo mail for it to say that message.  I have yet to see a correct message
