  1. its normal, i get them durring my soccer games

  2. its probaly just cramps. One thing you can do to not get cramps while running is to get more potassium in you. You can do this by eating bananas.

  3. this is normal. It happens to me after i run about 2 miles. It just shows that you are working hard and exercising.

  4. its completely normal. it could be a side ache or you could be gaining muscle there like abs. Some abs you can only make them better is by running.

  5. Yup... perfectly normal for your body to react like that...! I mean you prefer it doesn't happen because often times the pain will get you to stop running but its a simple cramp in the lower stomach and nothing abnormal. The pain is usually caused by not stretching  or warming up enough before exercise... and sometimes you may feel the same pain if you had too much to eat or drink at once and your stomach is full while running or if you're just competing or trying too hard.

I've experienced the same pain before and once I was actually forced to stop running a cross-country race because of the same reason! To prevent it make sure you stretch your hips and warm-up properly before you start running long distances and increase your stamina practise bit by bit instead of forcing yourself...!

  6. nothing wrong with ya mate it's probably because of cramps cramps are are caused when there is lack of fluids in your system or maybe not stretching

  7. it's normal. most runners get side pains when they run. i do when i can't breath anymore while i'm running. sometimes the side pains are caused by crossing your arms in front of your body when you run. but it's normal.
