  1. try taking a stomach reliever like tums or pepto, and eat a granola bar and fruit, water...wait 30 minutes then run... You could be dehydrated too

  2. Drink WATER!!  NOT Gatorade or stuff like that. it can cause that nausea feeling.

If you already drink water then your pushing yourself too hard. Start out slow and only speed up if you feel comfortable.

  3. How soon before running did you eat? And how heavy was the food? You should eat light before you run and give yourself at least an hour to settle your stomach. Don't drink a lot of fluids either beforehand.

  4. how long after you eat do you run?

  5. i think you have to see a doctor for this,

    good luck for you.

  6. you are ingesting to much sugar and drinking to much before you run try drinking very little a half hour to an hour before you run it may help also cut out the soda. if it keeps happening see a doctor or just get used to it

  7. You may be getting over heated.  I know I get really sick sometimes if I get too hot- even if I'm not exercising at all, just outside in the sun.

  8. - Breathe deep

    - Don't eat right before that type of exercise

If that doesn't help see a doctor.

  9. breathe in thru your nose exhale thru mouth,      do this because in your nose there are hair folicles that catch germs and purifies the air that u breathe in the germs may be causing u to get this sick like  feeling

  10. Maybe you are eating too close to the time you are running? Another thing is, if you have a drink that is too acidic, that may not be settling well. Other than that, ask your doctor if you have acid reflux or something else. BTW, acid reflux can lead to serious problems.

  11. your body can only take so much. you should try eating and drinking more healthy so it wont be so bad

  12. you might have asthma or your breathing isnt as good as it could be

  13. You are not breathing right.  This will make you sick.

  14. You could be over heating.

  15. don't eat at least 30 minutes before running. I used to do that before softball and I felt the same way! I also used to just jog with the basketball team and felt like that. Maybe your not used to it yet. But definitely don't eat before exercise. It makes you have cramps and want to puke! If you have to eat something because your weak or something then eat a granola bar or something I know they're nasty but they help!

  16. Your not breathing efficiently, breath as deeply as you can through your nose, this will also reduces the likelihood of stitches. Also wait about an hour after easting to exercise.

  17. how long have you been running? this always happens my first few weeks of the season. make sure you have proper hydration, dont eat too close to exercise, and dont run yourself out

  19. Are you drinking enough water? I'm pretty sure that's it, drink a lot of water, fill up your stomach, try to stay hydrated

  20. maybe give your self more time for your food take a p**p before you run seriously youl; go alot faster easier and youll feel great but if you get up in the morning just go run dont wait because youll feel really bad

  21. You're out of shape.

  22. it's because you are out of shape keep going and throw up it's ok to THROW UP. my friends have a saying with running if you don't throw up your not half way done with running so i basically throw up 3 times a week from running good luck.

  23. Either your eating too much,

or your not eating at all!

and you need to dehydrate yorself

once in a while, with gatorade and water.

    also, go to the bathroom

before and feel completly relaxed before

    you go jogging.

    try that.

    it will most likely work
