When i say to someone after they have spoken.."I understand what?

you are saying"...because i do not want any MISUNDERSTANDINGS...because one person got up at a meeting and said...example "Well, Mary understands me"...Yes i did understand her, but i was neutral...Tell me what to say so there are no misunderstandings!!!

  1. You should have said right away, "Yes, but I don't always

    agree with you."


  2. If it's a matter of your needing to appear neutral, then you could say that you understand BOTH points, etc.
